How to Purchase a Product?

Pressing the " add to cart " button will add our product to the cart and proceed to " checkout " and fill up the details and press " place order

Pre-order, backorder & order basis items with deposits

You might also see some products saying deposit needed, this means these orders are bought or made on order basis hence it will be arranged after payment is done. Delivery for these items can be span between a few days to 2-4 weeks for the item to arrive.

The remainder of the payment is done after the product arrives and is ready for delivery upon which the vendor will contact the customer.

 

Delivery or Store pick-Up options for your orders

Customers can choose to get their items shipped. Delivery can be done either via courier service or vendor.

If available, customers can also pick up their order from the vendor store if the vendor has pick-up options at the checkout.

Note: Charges may apply for delivery or pick-up.

Payment options for your order

Choose the option that is convenient for you. Paypal is the only direct payment option from our website and the rest are done externally via online banking, digital wallet, QR payment or Western Union. Certain vendors might offer cash on delivery option on selective goods but additional charges may apply.

Upload payment slip via your order page

Customers are to upload the payment screenshot of their online bank transfer, QR payment (mPaisa/MyCash), or western union.

This upload of payment is necessary to verify and process your order quickly for delivery. E.g. Bank transfers can take 2-3 business days hence delaying the progress of your order.

Screenshots are not required for PayPal or digital wallet payment.

Email progress to monitor your order

Customers will be notified via email on the progress of their order from the time the order is placed till the order is shipped and received by the customer.

Orders will only progress after payment has been done and a payment screenshot has been uploaded.

Customers will be notified via email for order pick-ups and regarding tracking details.

Track your shipment/ Pick-up ready

Customers will be notified via email at each stage of their order shipment.

This upload of payment is necessary to verify and process your order quickly for delivery. E.g. Bank transfers can take 2-3 business days hence delay in the progress of your order.

You don’t need to upload a payment screenshot for PayPal or digital wallet payment.

Monitor all your enquiries from my account

Each customer gets to signup onto the Shop Pasifika platform and track orders, wish lists, payments, shipments, and deliveries.

Customers can also directly enquire with vendors about products and their orders through the Shop Pasifika chatbot.

For sold-out products, customers can opt for “Notify Me” emails for when items come back in stock.
